IMPORTANT SPAM NOTICE

We were made aware this morning (5/24/2006) of a situation involving spam email deliveries, and the unauthorized use of our domain name in those emails.  It is imperative that we bring this situation to your attention immediately.

Sometime between 3am and 7am on Wednesday 5/24/2006, one or more individuals began a massive blitz of spam emails (apparently global in scale).  The spammer(s) chose to use our domain as "the sending party" by altering the "From:" address to make it appear as though we sent them - WE DID NOT.

Please rest assured that the email activities ApothéCure, Inc. participates in is limited only to those emails which are necessary to communicate with our associates, customers, prospective customers and vendors.  In addition, we send periodic newsletters which are handled by Constant Contact (a well respected 3rd party company) and each newsletter contains the appropriate and lawful unsubscribe options.

If you receive, or have received, any unsolicited bulk email, spam email, virus-laden email, or any other inappropriate email purporting to have been sent from our domain, please be absolutely confident that we did not send it.  Please delete these unauthorized messages.
